Instructions
- Protect work area from spills
- Clean and dry the surfaces to be glued.
- Apply Gorilla®Super Glue.Apply a very small amount of Gorilla® Super Glue to one of the
the surfaces. Using too much glue can result in delayed or downright poor bonding. One drop is enough for 5-6 square centimeters. - Fastening:Press the two surfaces together for 10-30 seconds to achieve bonding. Note that cracks and uneven surfaces may result in longer curing times.

FAQ
What happens if I swallow Gorilla?®Super Glue?
Do not attempt to induce vomiting. Saliva causes Gorilla® Super Glue to polymerize or harden in the mouth, meaning the glue rarely reaches the throat or stomach. If your lips have been glued together, use warm water to gently separate them. The enzymes in saliva will actually help break the bond, so patience is key.
Do not use acetone or other solvents on or near the mouth. Do not try to pull areas apart as this may cause damage to the skin. Seek immediate medical attention.
Gorilla® Super Glue should be kept out of the reach of children and animals.

How do I extend the shelf life of Gorilla?®Super Glue?
If moisture gets into the bottle, it can cause the glue to solidify and harden. The best practice is to put the lid on the glue immediately after application and store it in a cool, dry environment.
There is a metal tip in the lid of Gorilla® Super Glue that ensures a tight seal and keeps the spout free of dried glue.
We recommend that you do not store Gorilla® Super Glue in the refrigerator. Super glue can give off gases and should therefore not be stored near food.
Why is my bottle of Gorilla?®Super Glue only half full?
For best performance and usability, the glue must be protected from air ingress. One way to do this is to package it in thick plastic bottles. If the thick plastic bottle was completely filled with glue, it would be too difficult to squeeze the glue out of the bottle.
Can I use Gorilla®Super Glue for minor wounds or to repair a broken nail?
Gorilla® Super Glue should not be used for intentional skin contact.
How do I remove Gorilla®Super Glue from my skin or my project?
To remove Gorilla® Super Glue from your skin, soak your skin in warm soapy water. Acetone or nail polish remover can also be used. The most important thing is to be patient and NEVER try to pull the areas apart.
Gently wiggle the area to allow the soapy water or acetone to penetrate the glue. After soaking, the glue should come off easily. Remember that acetone can strip the natural oils that protect your skin, so apply moisturizer or other hand cream to your hands afterward.
To remove Gorilla® Super Glue from the surface of your project, soak the project in warm soapy water or acetone. Keep in mind that acetone can damage the surface material or discolor fabrics.
Can Gorilla®Can Super Glue withstand extremely cold temperatures?
Gorilla® Super Glue can typically be exposed to temperatures from -40°C to 93°C without breaking down.
It should be noted, however, that there may be variation in this range due to the way different substrates expand and contract under extreme temperatures.
Is Gorilla®Super Glue heat and water resistant?
Gorilla® Super Glue works well in temperatures as high as 93°-104°C. However, prolonged exposure to extreme heat can cause the bond to be compromised. Similarly, excessive exposure to water, especially hot water, can compromise the strength of the bond.
Can I use Gorilla®Super Glue on paper?
Yes, Gorilla® Super Glue works on paper. However, only use small amounts as it is not acid-free and therefore not recommended for collages, for example.
How do I use Gorilla?®Super Glue?
Gorilla® Super Glue is easy to use. It dries in 10-30 seconds and no clamping tools are required. Simply clean the surfaces of your parts from dirt, dust and grease. Apply a small amount of Gorilla® Super Glue (more is not always better – stick to one drop per square centimeter, preferably less). Then bring your parts together and hold them together for 10-30 seconds. Note that voids and uneven surfaces may cause an extended curing time.
Your workpieces can be handled carefully after 1-5 minutes. Maximum bond strength is achieved after 24 hours.
After you purchase Gorilla® Super Glue, remember to save the packaging for tips and instructions.
How does Gorilla differ?®Super Glue from the original Gorilla Glue®?
Gorilla® Super Glue is a cyanoacrylate, where Gorilla Glue® is polyurethane-based. Unlike Gorilla Glue®, Gorilla® Super Glue does not require extended exposure or moisture for activation. It does not foam when cured. It is recommended to use Gorilla® Super Glue for indoor use. Gorilla® Super Glue is ideal for minor repairs that require immediate bonding and projectors where clamping is not necessary.
How is Gorilla?®Super Glue different from normal super glue?
Gorilla® Super Glue is reinforced with rubber to secure your projects with a less fragile bond. This helps your projector achieve a certain level of impact resistance. We call it Impact-Tough®.
How is Gorilla?®Super Glue Gel different from Gorilla®Super Glue?
Gorilla® Super Glue Gel is a thicker and more controllable version of Gorilla® Super Glue. It is good for vertical gluing and projectors where precision is an important factor.
