Gorilla® All Purpose Epoxy Stick is an incredibly strong and versatile modeling clay epoxy repair product. The hand-mixable, easy-to-use Epoxy Stick cures in just 10 minutes and bonds to almost any material. Gorilla® All Purpose Epoxy Stick is waterproof, non-corrosive, and once cured, can be drilled, sanded, painted, and even threaded. It's great for auto, plumbing, home repairs, and more!
Consistency like modeling clay, hardens and becomes hard and strong like steel. Can be shaped into almost anything. Very suitable as glue and reinforcement by adding the iron-hard mass as support/filler.

Instructions
Use disposable gloves to avoid skin contact.
Remove the foil label and foil wrapping from the amount of epoxy you wish to use.
Wash hands thoroughly after handling.
- For best results, sand smooth surfaces with sandpaper before applying epoxy stick. All surfaces must be clean and free of grease, oil or other loose particles.
- Cut off the desired amount of epoxy stick.
- Mix by kneading the epoxy and curing the parts together to a uniform color (about 30-60 seconds). It will not cure completely if not mixed thoroughly.
- Apply by pressing it firmly onto the project surface within 5 minutes of mixing.
SETTING TIME:10 minutes
Completely hardened regardless of thickness:24 hours
CLEANING:Remove all excess material before curing.
USE:Use in a well-ventilated area. Can be painted after 1 hour. Wear a dust mask and safety glasses when sanding or drilling cured product.

How should I store Gorilla?®All Epoxy Stick?
Store the putty stick in the plastic bottle after use and minimize air exposure. Place the foil sticker back on the end of the epoxy stick. Replace the film around the putty stick and make sure the cap is attached tightly. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep away from children and animals.
What is the best way to use Gorilla?®All Purpose Epoxy Stick?
- For best results, use a clean set of disposable gloves for any repair.
- To facilitate mixing, allow the putty to come to room temperature. DO NOT MICROWAVE OR HEAT.
- Knead the putty thoroughly with your fingers until it is a uniform color (approximately 30-60 seconds).
- If a smooth finish is desired, once the epoxy is in place, smooth it with wet gloved fingers as it hardens.
What is the best way to use Gorilla?®All Purpose Epoxy Stick for Plumbing Applications?
- Turn off the water and dry all surfaces.
- Make sure the patch of putty is at least 1/2 inch larger than the size of the area to be repaired. Press the putty into and around the crack or hole to plug the area to be repaired. Smooth and even the epoxy around the edges to ensure good contact.
- Wait at least 1 hour before turning the water back on.
Is Gorilla®Is All Epoxy Stick drinking water safe?
Gorilla® All Purpose Epoxy Stick is NSF/ANSI 61 certified drinking water safe. It can be used in contact with drinking water supplies and will not leach contaminants into the water supply. (USA Standard)
Does Gorilla®All Purpose Epoxy Stick an odor?
There is a pungent sulfurous odor during the mixing process, but Gorilla® All Purpose Epoxy Stick is odorless once cured. We recommend using Gorilla® All Purpose Epoxy Stick in a well-ventilated area.
How do I remove Gorilla®All Purpose Epoxy Stick from my surface?
Wipe the area with soap and water, Acetone or Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to clean the surface while the epoxy putty is still wet/uncured.
For cured/dried adhesive, mechanical means such as grinding, scraping or chiseling are necessary.
How do I remove Gorilla®All Purpose Epoxy Stick from my body/skin?
If the epoxy putty is still wet/cured, wipe the area with soap and water, Acetone or Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA).
For cured/dried adhesive, the product must be worn.
What should I do if I think a human or animal has ingested Gorilla?®All Purpose Epoxy Stick?
Flush eyes with water for 15 minutes. If on skin, rinse well with water. If inhaled, move person to fresh air. For medical emergencies, call 911 only.
Since Epoxy stick is dimensionally stable under all influences, it is not recommended to immerse or soak glued wood materials in water, as the expansion of the wood can crack the repair.
Due to high heat, exhaust systems should not be repaired until after the first catalytic converter. Should only be used for repairs to drain pipes and other low pressure pipes.
Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastic.
